ChickFight Returns to Ipswich on Aug 3rd, Black vs. Jetta: One Last Round

Posted on 02. Jun, 2008 by in Events

On Sunday Aug 3 ChickFight returns to the Caribbean Centre in Ipswich and once again films content towards 4 episodes of ChickFight TV highlighted by a Career vs Humiliation match as Romfords Eden Black goes one on one with her long-time rival “Coventry’s Loudest” Jetta!

At the previous ChickFight event in Ipswich Eden Black gave an emotional speech announcing her retirement from the world of professional wrestling (for more info including an exclusive interview with Eden Black check out this months FSM available in all good newsagents) however had what should have been her last night ruined by 20 year old Jetta

The ego of Jetta was in full swing! Furious that Black was announcing her retirement without crediting “Coventry’s Loudest” as the reason behind it, the 20 year old spewed verbal poison demanding Black admit that the real reason she was retiring was because Black could not recover from the punishment Jetta had dished out to her in the previous battles the two have had in the past few years.

The verbal battle went back and forth until Jetta finally goaded Eden Black into one last match. If Jetta wins then she can take credit for retiring Eden Black but if Eden Black wins Jetta must get down on her hands and knees and kiss the feet of Eden Black admitting that Black is the better of the two!

Also confirmed to appear on 3 Aug in Ipswich are “The Female Terminator” Cheerleader Melissa and Jetta’s new associate Wesna Busic. The two who are tied in their feud each with 2 wins, 2 losses and 1 draw are expected to do battle yet again in what will surely be another brutal classic. Rumour has it that ChickFight Management will be announcing a stipulation to this match so that there will be no more tied results or traded wins and losses. Management want a final conclusive winner. The fans want a final conclusive winner. And now more than ever both Wesna and Melissa want a final conclusive victory as the feud has now become personal. We await to hear from ChickFight Management for official confirmation.

The match between Melissa & Wesna 3 AUG, IPSWICH:I don’t know how many people in the UK are familiar with a Texas Death Match but I would like to see them in one for a number of reasons:First of all this match is the ultimate answer to conflict resolution. This is a traditional match that has gone way back to the mid 1950′s(its popular with all ages) and there are variations http://www.barrypopik.com/index.php/new_york_city/entry/texas_death_match_wrestling The one that I am familiar with is no DQ, no countouts, no time limit, and pinfalls do not determine the winner. The match will continue until one girl cannot answer the count of ten by the ref or the bell.I think these girls can pull it off because they work well together. As far as being popular-one familiar pro wrestling company is going to feature a Texas Death Match at Madison Square Garden,NY as Bob Backlund puts the Championship on the line in a Texas Death Match against “Big Bad” Bobby Duncum next month which goes back to the 70′s.And finally if these girls go on to wrestle in the Southern USA especially in the Texas & Oklahoma area they will have experience with this match which helps to add more attendance to the shows knowing their history.

According to the new FSM Melissa vs Wesna will be a no time limit 2/3 falls match. The Texas Death Match would be a good stipulation for these two but considering the problems the promotion has had with the Caribbean Centre having the term death match on the card would be asking for trouble.
